Warming Hearts Through the Osusowake Club
While prepping Osusowake Club mailings, reconnecting with old friends warmed my heart more than I expected.
Today I’ve been working hard on Osusowake Club mail prep—again!
As I reached out to friends I hadn’t spoken to in a long time just to ask for their addresses, we naturally started catching up. Hearing about what they’ve been up to, I was struck by how we once shared time together, even if we’re now far apart. It filled me with warmth again and again.
Trying out this Osusowake Club project was definitely worth it.
Actually, I had planned to send out the first batch of postcards today…
But I completely forgot—it’s Veterans Day here in the U.S., a national holiday!
So no post office runs today.
But tomorrow, I’m mailing them for real—first wave, here we go!
