Drafting the Fire Horse Illustration
Today I finally started sketching out my fire horse idea—but something still isn’t clicking. Maybe it just needs a night to settle.
Today I finally sat down to work on a draft for the fire horse illustration. Out of all the ideas I sketched this week, I kept coming back to the image of horses dancing wildly around a fire—so I decided to start there.
But… I don’t know. It’s not quite clicking. Something feels off, and I can’t quite put my finger on it. I didn’t even feel motivated to start coloring it. Maybe I’ll let it sit overnight and revisit it with fresh eyes tomorrow.
