I’ve never seen such gloriously thick, jet-black hair—especially on a man!
I was completely mesmerized by the cover of this health magazine I found in the hospital waiting room.

It was as if his hair was the proof of good health.

Later, my husband told me, “That’s Gene Simmons—the singer and bassist from KISS.” Wait… that KISS? The ones with the intense face paint? Even without the makeup, that hair is a whole performance in itself!

I was instantly overcome with the urge to draw him. It’s like a lion’s mane—so fierce and powerful! I wonder if he styles it that way on purpose, like he knows exactly what he’s doing.

Let’s settle this—who’s the real King of the Mane?
