Snowman Dance Time (And a Custom Thank-You Card!)
This week I’m starting the second Osusowake Club piece—snowman dancing time! Also making a one-of-a-kind thank-you card on the side.
Alright! This week I’m starting work on the second illustration for Osusowake Club! Out of the ideas I came up with last week, I’ve decided to go with the one where someone (maybe me?) is dancing happily with a snowman. I thought about adding other characters—maybe animals or something—but I think I want to focus on showing human excitement. And by “human,” I mean a character that could be read as either a kid or an adult. I kind of like that in-between feeling.
So today, I just brought the sketch into Procreate to get it started.
Also! A friend asked me to make a thank-you card for them, so I’ll be working on that in parallel with Osusowake Club.
It’ll be a totally one-of-a-kind card just for her!
It’s a busy week, but hey—it’s creative season, so I’ll just enjoy the chaos!
