Lately, I’ve been floating through work sessions with STUTS’s Orbits—it’s mellow, jazzy sometimes, and full of chill groove magic.
Lately, I’ve been listening to music by Japanese track maker STUTS while I draw and work on projects. My current favorite is his 2022 album Orbits.
Every single track on the album is just effortlessly cool. There’s a mellow, jazzy, sometimes funky vibe running through it all—and it lets my mind and heart float along in a calm creative zone.
Usually, I go for faster, more high-energy music when I’m working—probably because I’m always racing the clock!
But recently, I’ve been working on some slow-paced, deep-focus projects… and STUTS’s beats just feel perfect for that. It’s like my brain is finally allowed to stretch out and take a deep breath!
